Bi-Laws

 

 

All rules must be adhered to with signed rental contract once deposit is made. 

If any changes needed before event date you must contact manger (BT)  or owner.

Deposits

  1. All deposits must be made to secure date and time.

  2. Balance is due no later than 24hrs before party. Or your event will be cancelled. No exceptions or negotiations.

  3. If more than 5 vendors no big tents.

  4. WE have in-house tables 1 table per vendor.

  5. Set-up is 1 hr before event.

  6. Deposits are only made to the manger (BT) or the owner. Via cashapp, venmo, zelle, cash or paypal.

Vendors

  1. All vendors must be approved by owner before booking

  2. No FOOD vendors allowed

  3. No ALCOHOL vendors allowed

  4. If more than 5 vendors no big tents.

  5. WE have in-house tables 1 table per vendor.

  6. Set-up is 1 hr before event.

Clean-Up

  1. All renters are responsible for leaving the renal area as found after event. 

  2. The Spot Wywnwood is not responsible for anything left after event. 

  3.  The Spot Wywnwood will throw away all trash that must b thrown in bags or trash cans at the end of the night.
